5th Gensan Car Show

5th Gensan Car Show

The 5th annual Gensan Car Show was held at Gaisano Mall on October 12, 13 and 14, 2012. There where several entries from Gensan and Davao that participated in this event. We were once again able to see up close some pimped up rides. Most of these setups are very costly that the amount spent on the accessories can buy a you a brand new car.

Below are the photos that I took during the event.

It’s Half Time

5 Sundays, 5 Mondays, 5 Tuesdays, and 1 Friday the 13th

Time flies.

What a cliché.

Still it is true specially when one is busy or having fun.

The first half of the year is finished.

There is nothing we can do about it now.

What happens to the second half is still on our hands though.

We can either waste it or make the most out of it.

I’m doing the latter.

I will treat July 1 like a new year.

From this day on, I will do my best to make everyday count.

No more procrastination. No more lazy time. No more wasting time.

I wish everyone the best for the remaining 182 days of the year.

Let’s make it count.

Let’s GO!

Pizza Overload at Pizza Hut KCC Mall

My family and I loves pizza. We always frequent pizza places here in Gensan and Pizza Hut is one of them. So, when the Sox Bloggers were invited to taste Pizza Hut’s latest pizza, I was the very first to sign up.

Pizza Hut’s latest variety of Pizza is the Tuscani Pizza. It comes in 5 flavors:

3-Cheese Bacon and Spinach, Gourmet BBQ Chicken,Premium All Meat, Roast Beef and The Supremo.

All 5 choices were serve to us and I would say I love them all.

Here is the latest comercial with Gensan’s pride Miss Shamcey Supsup:

You can visit Pizza Hut’s website for more details about these delicious pizzas.

Thanks to Restaurant General Manager Jasper Barraca and the Sox Blogger’s amiable leader Bariles.

Here are what other Sox Bloggers have to say about Pizza Hut’s Tuscani:

Phela Grande Hotel’s Meilih Restaurant

Phela Grande's Chinese and Japanese Restaurant

The Sox Blogger’s Sex (Socsargen EXperience) Tour Day 1 was ended with a feast at Phela Grande Hotel’s Meilih Restaurant. This restaurant offer both Japanese and Chinese cuisines.

They served us their specialty, Shubu-Shabu, which is Japanese hot pot. You should try it. Its mouthwatering. I don’t know of any place in Gensan who serves Shabu-Shabu except this restaurant. Here is a photo from habagatcentral.com to show you how delectable it is.

Shabu Shabu

I was also intrigued by one of the dishes that they served. It was quail egg with shrimp on top of a cookie. I could not figure out if it was an appetizer or a main dish but I absolutely loved it.

Stuffed Cookies

Phela Grande is right in the heart of Gensan along Magsaysay Avenue. Click here to visit their website.

Thanks to Nanardxz, Dr. Remo and Habagatcentral.com for the photos.
